"We worked with Jen back in 2007 and in hindsight we should have moved on. She did no research, all homes we viewed were found by me... she provided no other options. In addition, we feel she was more interested in her commission & not our best interest. We had asked her to negotiate and she was more concerned about insulting the home owner. Being a first time buyer, she should have guided us in the right questions to ask. We moved into a condominium complex that was broke, no reserve and lots of repairs needed where large assessments were put in place. Jen also recommended a home inspector and boy that was a huge waste of money. After moving in there was expensive problem after expensive problem... My advice/suggestion would be don't sign with the first agent you meet... do your research, it could save you a lot of money in the long run!"

"I would highly recommend Jen OHanley and if possible would of scored her even higher given her personality along with her skills. When we were looking for a house we had no idea what we were looking for or what was even out there. I had contacted several agents in the past but because we were just looking they wouldn't take the time to help us because we weren't serious enough yet. A friend recommended her and she jumped at the chance to help us. We looked in several towns until we figured out what area was best and with the assistance of Jen every second of the way. Jen was so patient and knowlegdable and made a somewhat stresssful time so easy and actually fun. Not for a moment did we have buyers remorse and everyday appreciate the home we found. Jen is not your typical "sales" person. She cares about her clients and isn't pushy to get a sale. She treats you like you are family and loves her job."

"Jen was amazing! This is our 4th transaction with Jen as we keep going back to the best. She takes her time showing us homes and was more than willing to spend hours and hours at a time with my husband and I. She very closely watched our market area as homes are/were moving so quickly. She coached us on writing an offer that made sense and was likely to get accepted.... and it was! Her contract writing skills and negotiation skills are very impressive. She's passionate about helping her clients find not just a home, but the "right" home for them."

"We worked with Jen a while back with our new construction. She was very responsive and professional. She was/is diligent about getting back to you, projecting what would happen with aspects of our building process, and worked very closely with us to make sure we felt as little stress as possible. It was, at times, stressful with the builders at times and she helped us through with knowledge. She is very nice, she knowledgeable, and devoted to her work. We enjoyed working with her.
